Returns & Exchanges

At Wall Of Art Studio, we want you to love your new decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the artwork in its original protective packaging and secure it with tape to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
